Main Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Seasoning Mix:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon dried oregan
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prep the Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Pound them to even thickness if needed for even cooking.
Oil & Season:
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil. In a small bowl, mix all the spices together and sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
Cook the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest Before Serving:
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This helps keep it juicy!
