To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Normally it will take 1-3 business days to prepare the items. After order being shipped out, it usually takes 3-7 business days to deliver to you.

Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
Sorry about this inconvenience, we will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:

Why can't I check out?
There may be four reasons as below:
1. Out-of-stock items issue: Please pay attention to items' stock count. If items are in low stocks, they may be purchased by other customers, which caused you cannot check out. Please remove these items and check out again.
2. Shipping address issue: Please reconfirm your address and phone number are available or try to edit them again.
3. Poor connection issue: Please refresh the page and try again.

Why was my order canceled?
1. Payment failure: It will be canceled if your order is in failed payment.
2. Problem order: It will be canceled if we fail to contact you about address issue of your order(Please note we do not ship to PO boxes).
Can I change/modify my shipping address/product?

2. For shipped orders, the shipping address/product CANNOT be changed anymore.

1. Products with quality-related issues .We will be responsible for shipping fees, and start the return process from our Service Staff when you want to return the products of your order.
2. Products with no quality-related issues.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Why is the refund not the same as item price?
If there is a coupon or other discount in your order, correspondingly, the enjoyed discounts would be deducted from the actual refund.
(For example, if the item is $10 with $1 discount, we will refund you $9 cause you actually paid $9 )

You can use any commonly drank water, but we recommend that you usse ice water, which will taste better
