Carrot 1 (cut into pieces)

Light soy sauce 100ml
Dark soy sauce 20ml
Syrup 30ml
Salt 3g
Oyster sauce 10ml
White sesame 2g
Production Methods
Step 1: Wash the ribs and use kitchen paper to dry the water for later use.
Step 2: Mix carrots, onions, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, syrup, salt and oyster sauce evenly, apply evenly on the surface of the pork ribs, wrap with plastic wrap or put in a sealed bag and marinate for 1 day.
Step 3: Add carrot and onion cubes to the marinated ribs, put them in the steam oven, select the [Bake] function, 160°C, and the time is about 30 minutes.
Step 4: Take out the steamed and baked pork ribs and sprinkle with white sesame seeds evenly.
