70g low-gluten flour

50g powdered sugar (granulated sugar is also acceptable)
70g unsalted butter
10g egg whites
Production Methods
Step 1: Mix sugar and unsalted butter evenly until it turns light yellow.
Step 2: Add egg whites in 2-3 batches, and add sifted flour at the same time (add in 2-3 batches).
Step 3: Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze the biscuits into shapes according to your personal preferences on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Step 4: Put it in the steam oven, select the [Bake] function, 180°C, and the time is about 18 minutes (preheating for 10 minutes in advance is better).
