500g pork belly
Half a cucumber (shredded)
50g coriander (pick leaves)

50g minced garlic
20g chopped chili
30g sliced ginger
10g scallions (cut into sections)
1g salt
20ml olive oil
10ml sesame oil
50ml soy sauce
10ml syrup
Production Methods
Step 1: Marinate the pork belly with ginger slices, scallions, salt and water for 20 minutes (the water should cover the meat);
Step 2: Put the marinated pork belly into the steam oven, select the [Vapor Bake] function, 180"C, and cook for about 30 minutes;
Step 3: Mix the minced garlic, chopped chili, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and syrup (the longer you mix, the more fragrant it is);
Step 4: Cut the steamed pork belly into thin slices, place it on a plate covered with cucumber shreds, pour the mixed sauce on the pork belly slices, and drip sesame oil.
