Production Methods
Step 1: Wash the fish head and place the shredded cabbage on the bottom of the plate;
Step 2: Put all the ingredients into the plate and cover with plastic wrap;
Step 3: Select the [Rapid Steam] function, 100°C, time about 12 minutes;
Step 4: Take out the steamed fish head and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
