Production Methods
Step 1: Beat the eggs and sugar evenly, add fresh milk and fresh cream and mix well, then add vanilla extract and mix well for later use.
Step 2: Place the Portuguese egg tart crust evenly on the baking tray, then pour the stirred egg liquid into the tart crust, about 80% full.
Step 3: Select the [Bake] function of the steam oven, 200°C, and the time is about 15 minutes.
