Main ingredients

Half a pound of spare ribs


Supplementary ingredients

30 grams of seafood sauce

10 grams of oyster sauce

20 milliliters of espresso

20 grams of sugar

10 grams of garlic

10 grams of ginger

 

Production Methods

Step 1: Wash the spare ribs and rinse them with clean water for more than 20 minutes;

Step 2: Mix the seasoning with coffee, garlic and ginger, and marinate the spare ribs in the refrigerator for 1 day;

Step 3: Line the baking tray with tin foil, place the spare ribs and sauce on it, select the [Vapor Bake] function, 180°C, and cook for about 30 minutes.
